Keeping this in mind, before you start doing your homework always plan to have a good meal. You can also choose to have some small snacks on your side as you work.
If you are a pretty avid listener of music, one thing that you will find beneficial is being able to keep yours mind focused. Listening to soft/classical music not only keeps you awake, but it also gives you something not to feel scatterbrained.
When you begin doing your work, it is important not to put stress on yourself by doing everything at once. The common mistake that students tend to make is putting an entire workload on their mind when it is absolutely unnecessary. Setup some time intervals to where you can put in the best work that you possibly can without stressing yourself. This could include 15-minutes, 30-minutes, or an hour. In between those time frames, you can take small breaks to recollect yourself before continuing your work again.
As you can see these are some pretty good tips right? Stress is not something that is not part of your academic career. However, these solutions will definitely help you remedy times when you feel like throwing your books and laptop across the room.
